The key objectives of Trade Marketing Executive, Regions is to increase execution quality of TM programs in his/her regions within CU (Commercial Unit). Being the sole trade marketing representative in a region he/she is supposed to be strong leader who hugely drive positive changes in TM activities’ execution and provide common strategic vision to each of regional employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate regional market peculiarities and opportunities:
To provide clear input to national TM activities’ planning and evaluate strengths and weaknesses both KF and major rivals’ strategies.
To continue evaluation of market, industry and competitor trends in the regions to identify new opportunities to uplift volume and profit.
To conduct regular field visit in Key account outlets and traditional trade clients.
Execution of the trade marketing activities in regional retail outlets
Fully responsible for all in store execution, sales promotions and pull and push programs organization.
To make address programs approving and clear communicating with regional field force.
To provide activities’ evaluations and feedback forms on time.
To propose new ideas to strength trade marketing activities, actively share with other colleagues. To create and implement regional activities based on financial transparency and payback evaluation.
Provide common vision about trade and brand marketing strategy to regional field personnel
To participate in regional sales meetings and conferences presenting key figures and strategic plans regarding trade marketing and sales development.
To ensure the trade marketing plans are delivered via Sales Force and third parties in the regions.
To conduct TM training sessions for field force in order to improve their awareness about sales-accelerator tools.
Monthly updating of TM news in local field offices.
POSM coordination
To control POSM allocation on territories according to TM standardsbeginning from POSM order and ending with fields checks
To plan address programs for trade equipment and monitor their execution with monthly evaluation
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
University degree
Min 2-year experience in an international FMCG company, working as sales manager/supervisor or trade marketing specialist
Experience in sales at least 1 year
Good understanding of retail market dynamics and regional peculiarities: trends, key players, economic statistics
English - intermediate level is a must
Team player, result oriented
Excellent presentation, communication skills and leadership skills
Good analytical skills – able to analyses sales data make relevant conclusions
Efficiency in handling and implementing projects
Advanced PC-user
Valid driving license
