Global Industrial Company is looking for HR Manager. The main job objective of HR Manager: Plan, direct and execute all aspects of human resources supporting a multiple site manufacturing operation. Responsible for labor and departmental employment, placement, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits Main responsibilities: * Advise on organizational strategies for labor market positions including wages, benefits, and policies. *Provides Human Resources advice, guidance, direction, and development for all management staffs. *Provides all recruitment activities concerning production plant's needs and representative office in Moscow. * Participation in hiring plans, support current and future workforce needs. * Designs evaluates, and implements new benefits ensuring programs meet employees' needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective. Ensures that benefits programs enhance the organization's ability to recruit and retain employees. * Adaptation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures and conducts wage surveys within Russian labor market to ensure achievement of competitive market positions. * Ensures company compliance with current, applicable labor laws. Coordinates with employment legal support including immigration for expatriates. * Directly or indirectly supports the organization in employee relations issues. * Develops and implements staffing programs to support recruitment, selection and hiring of high caliber employees to support current business needs and long-term growth. * Develops and manages programs and procedures to encourage growth and development of employees at all levels to support the long-term growth. * Ensures legal and regulatory compliance of all Human Resources programs. * Adaptation and implementation of organizational policies, procedures and programs to create and sustain a positive work environment and employee relations. * Participates in and supports community organizations to develop a positive image for the organization. * Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: High education (HR, sociology, psychology courses) Minimum 5-8 years experience as HR-director\ HR manager\ HR general \ HR consultant within large companies Aggressive recruitment experience, preferably in a fast paced business environment Upper- Intermediate English (oral and written) Knowledge of market HR and Administration systems, processes and best practices Knowledge of Russia Labor legislation Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, presentation & negotiation skills Ability to manage several projects and tasks at a time Analytical, planning and problem solving skills Conflict management and problem solving skills Open, stress resistant Results orientation Extra HR education and courses will be a plus. labour conditions: Type: full-time Good proposed salary Benefits: standard package Location: Nizhny Novgorod |
