Automotive industry experiences and experiences from international team or international environment are welcomed. - Practice with new projects implementation is advantage. - Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, coaching, mentoring, interpersonal, problem solving, motivational and negotiating skills. - Honest with high integrity - Excellent human management skills - Exceptional technical skills (example: stamping, welding, assembly, painting) - MS Office excellent - English –advanced - Readiness for business trips |
