Auriga, Inc., a successful IT-consulting company headquartered in the U.S., one of the market leaders in technology outsourcing from Russia, is looking for Project Manager/Team Leader. The ideal candidate should be a highly-experienced in software development management with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and project management skills Responsibilities: Managing/coordinating activities of project teams Managing on-site coordinator Maintaining the relationship with the client. Requirements: Project management experience – from 3 years, proven track record Experience of managing projects and teams of 20 people or more Experience of working with customers, playing the role of the primary contact Excellent project management skills Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (SW-CMM/CMMI, ISO9001, MSF, RUP, others) Experience in implementing formal software development processes in a team Strong People Management skills Managing/coordinating the work of Team Leads responsible for execution of development and testing projects; Monitoring execution of development and testing projects; English: Excellent written and spoken English Additional requirements: Embedded or kernel level development Organizing and maintaining the relationship with the client, including client’s senior managers, project managers, and technical team leads; Improving internal communication and management processes; Implementing formal engineering processes in all project teams working as a part of the dedicated development center. |
