We have two positions open. Description In this position you will work on design and development of leading SW products from Intel: Parallel Studio and analogues. These tools provide end user with abilities to gather performance and correctness information about their applications and allow making them faster and more efficient on modern hardware platforms based on multi- and manycore processors. You will be responsible for implementation of certain product functionality that may be applicable to particular customer profiles: enterprise, mainstream, mobile or embedded. You will work in a multinational team of professionals, and will have chances to introduce your vision and to influence future SW tools from Intel. Software Engineers conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design, layout and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of productivity enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, electronic data processing systems software. Determines computer user needs'' advises hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements'' designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgement and formal software process. Qualifications Solid knowledge of C/C++ with 3-5 years of practical programming experience in real projects (commercial, industrial or open source); Good understanding and practice of existing threading models; Comprehension of Windows and Linux OSes, experience of writing portable applications; Knowledge of development processes, SW optimization techniques and testing methodologies; Familiarity with modern CPU architecture, x86 assembly language is desirable; Soft skills: good team work, ability to present your ideas and convince others, decent level of written and verbal English. |
