Company MAGNA is considered to be the most diversified supplier of automobile accessories in the world: Closing systems / Magna Closerues Mirrors / Magna Mirrors Body / Cosma International Internal and external elements / Magna Exteriors and Interiors Seats and systems of the mechanism of a seat / Magna Seating Electronic production / Magna Electronics Transmissionnye components / Magna Powertrain Roofs / Magna Car Top Systems Working out of technologies and manufacture / Magna Steyr We conduct search мof motivated people, ready to support our international business in Russia, working in sphere: Technologies of molding of plastic and painting The Financial control and book keeping Warehouse and industrial logistics Optimization of productions Operation and repair of the industrial equipment Working conditions: The Full social package Competitive wages Voluntary medical insurance Possibilities of training at the group enterprises Basic job description: - Technical supplying of production demands. - Responsibility for machines and tools (failure elimination) - Responsibility for manufacture engineering department and processes (testing of new machines, materials, tools and technologies, production data analyzing etc.) - Responsibility for maintenance process coordination and plant investment. - Responsibility for new projects, new production procedures including performance calculation, capacity calculation, material and energy consumption etc.) Requirements: - High University technical education - Minimum of 5+ years of progressively more responsible supervisory / managerial and leadership experience in high volume automotive (stamping/assembly) manufacturing operation - Minimum of 7+ years of engineering experience. Automotive industry experiences and experiences from international team or international environment are welcomed. - Experiences with customer and supplier negotiation are required. - Practice with new projects implementation is advantage. - Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, coaching, mentoring, interpersonal, problem solving, motivational and negotiating skills. - Honest with high integrity - Excellent human management skills - Exceptional technical skills (example: stamping, welding, assembly, painting) - MS Office excellent - English –advanced - Readiness for business trips |
