The division of HPS Group – Talent Pool Company, one of the leading Providers of the outstaffing and outsourcing services is looking for the Business controller for the projects with the leading Russian and foreign companies: Please pay your attention that we are looking for the candidates with experience of: Customer-service manager, finance manager, payroll-accounting manager. Among the main functions of the Business controller are: communications with the Customer at the conclusion of a contract for designation of the basic terms of cooperation, preparation of document database for execution of the contract, communications with the Customer on arising requirements while granting of the personnel, communications with company's employees on all the questions of work process, salary, compensation, payments, change of terms of labour contracts. Cooperation with: personnel department, companies' accountants, payroll accountants. Submission to: Finance Controller Responsibilities (included, but not limited): Participates in a conclusion of the contract with the Customer approves the text of the contract with the Customer and the Financial controller, after signing of the contract with the Customer prepares the templates of labor contracts, job descriptions, agreement of the confidential information safety; additional agreements to the contract, to labor contracts, other documents within the limits of contract execution During the process of Customer service within the limits of the contract's terms: organizes the employee's job placements and dismissals, organizes and controls the obligatory and voluntary medical insurance provided for the staff, is responsible for timely collection of Customer's documents on all personnel operations (sick-lists, vacations, business trips), conducts all necessary analytics, carries out the primary control of a correctness of Customer's time-sheets, checks detalisations and invoices prepared for the Customer, carries out the consultations of employees concerning salary and payments. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent is required; strong knowledge of RF labour legislation, good accounting/financial background is a plus, fluent English (written and spoken) is a must, skilled in Customer service, able to hear the Customer, strong analytical skills, knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and software (1C 7.7); excellent communication skills, strong understanding of project management, team player, ability of rigorous scheduling is a must, ability to work under pressure and within dead-lines.
