We are searching for motivated people, ready to support our international business in Russia. Current position is open at Magna Exteriors & Interiors Nizhniy Novgorod plant.  Job description: A key account manager is the link between a client and a company, anticipating and understanding the client's specific needs and offering solutions. Being the main customer interface his/her goal is to create credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships, earn the client's trust and gain significant growth. As Plant Sales Manager ensure introduction of Quoting process at dedicated plant and act as process owner and driver to ensure qualitatively adequate and timely quoting. Responsibilities: Leading and processing of projects at inquiry stage Support on cost calculation Preparation and follow up of customer quotations and presentations  Conducting regular workshops and visits at the customer side for analysis of customer needs and requirements and negotiating  prices and business conditions for ongoing quotations Presentation of innovative technologies and solutions in exterior & interior to the customer Co-ordinate activity between relevant customer and Magna departments Stay in permanent direct contact (visits, email, phone) with all sales channels in order to follow up on running opportunities/projects and customer development plan Sales Planning (in close cooperation with Finance Department) Business planning, price and project data maintenance in SAP and Sales database relevant to customer  Claim management, payment tracing Develop commercial agreements and handle annual contract negotiations with the customer Control of actual business – monitor deviations of actual vs. plan, comment forecasted development, monitor and define corrective actions if necessary, contribute on measures to overcome critical customer situations, monitor and analyze activities of competition. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service Identification and report customer satisfaction Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information Who we are looking for: A Bachelors or Masters Degree level in Engineering or a Business degree with significant experience in a technical environment OR relevant and proved strong technical and economical background Three to five years professional Sales & marketing level experience preferable in automotive market Excellent communication skills, plus a high degree of self-motivation and determination. Excellent teamwork skills A natural commercial attitude (ability to close a deal), a focus on contributing to the customer requirements and a drive to solve problems rather than report them Commercial skills, negotiating skills customer orientation, presentation skills, understanding for future business potential Fast reaction on requests, willingness to support in problem solving and to take ‘ownership’ Execute excellent information flow and a fast communication internally and to the customer Strong self management skills including the ability to handle high workloads, conflicting priorities and to deliver against tight deadlines Native Russian and fluency in English is essential Flexibility in working days and travelling Fully acquainted with the computer and common software What we offer: Comprehensive social package Competitive salary Excellent possibilities for personal and professional development (trainings in Europe) Building up your career within Magna by working on the different plants and branches in Russia and Worldwide Please state your availability and your salary expectations in your application.
