We are looking for highly-motivated people wishing to get experience in the biggest automotive company and develop MAGNA international business in Russia. (Candidates from other cities, ready to move to Nizhniy Novgorod, are appreciated) Job description: Set operating sequences, work instructions and the parameters for conditions in production. Develop and plan production process, calculate norm of work ptimize production parameters and production process. Control, maintain and upgrade production documentation. Carry on Change and deviation procedure. Optimize current production. Provide and negotiate within the framework of selection procedure over the machine and facility requirements. Influence machines and process capability. Prepare project and production documentation. Provide production parameters and production processes analyses and optimization. Analyze reasons of defects. Cooperate with other department in the offer phase. Job conditions: Moving and living expenses compensation Health insurance Mobile phone compensation Qualification requirements: University/Secondary technical education Skills as technical overview, basic knowledge of production processes, ability to read technical drawings are required. Candidate should have a practice from production company (technology, maintenance or production department). Candidates after school finishing are not preferred. Technical practice and practice with implementation of new projects are advantage. Automotive industry experience and experiences from international company or international environment are welcomed. Capacity to work in a multi cultural and international team and environment. Ability to organize and result oriented. Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Language skill - English – communicative level is required. Language skill - German is advantage Computer skills - MS Office - advanced 3D Viewer - advanced Driving licence Personal characteristics: Creative technical, economical and logical thinking, communication skill, an ability of teamwork, time flexibility, an ability be a representative of the company and protect its interests. |
