This environment offers a lot of opportunity for entrepreneurial thinking and change leadership. Educational support to sales departments in quality and successful work with clients and increase company's turnover in regions via seminars and other educational activities. Delivering product knowledge and inspiration to hairdressers all around the country. The main duties: Training of all existing themes as provided by developed and confirmed methods (theory, practice, demonstrations); • At regional Wella studios • Field events in regions • At big professional events with the participation of Wella Problem solving and customers' questions counseling, that use Wella products (consideration of reclamation); Taking part in professional activities (exhibitions, train the FS trainers). Starting salary from 40000 RUR per month gross. Qualifications Russian/Belarus Citizenship Good command of English 2+years of work as a hairdresser Fasion trends expertise Perfect communication skills, exceptional presentation skills |
