| Опыт работы, навыки, должностные обязанности: |
· Develops for the Site activities, the environmental management plan and procedures. · Defines, in accordance with this plan the environmental programme. · Checks that CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS have issued their environmental plans and procedures before the beginning of work. · Organises environmental awareness campaigns and promotes communication on all environmental matters. · Liaises with the Environmental Authorities and the COMPANY in this field and keep permanent close contact and acts, if required, as a member of the COMPANY's Environmental Committee. · Promotes everybody's best efforts to respect the environment. · Promotes a Waste Management Plan including construction and packing wastes. · Conducts worksite and Camps walkabouts with relevant CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS, and directs appropriate corrective actions. · Performs all other miscellaneous work relating to environmental protection. · Issues and addresses the Site environmental activities reports. · Monitors that all factors likely to improve environmental management are considered, particularly those leading to investigating, identifying and neutralising potential hazards. · Close coordination with all parties involved in construction in order to avoid environmental accidents thorough preparation of work critical phases. In case of accident, he takes necessary actions to: · Initiate quick interventions of the emergency means, · Obtain a clear accident report from the party concerned. · Report immediately to the HSE&S Manager and Site Manager. · Investigate to identify the root causes of all incidents. · Supervise the preparation of declarations for Site permits in his field · Oversee corrective actions for situations identified by local permitting authorities |
