Company MAGNA is considered to be the most diversified supplier of automobile accessories in the world: Closing systems / Magna Closerues Mirrors / Magna Mirrors Body / Cosma International Internal and external elements / Magna Exteriors and Interiors Seats and systems of the mechanism of a seat / Magna Seating Electronic production / Magna Electronics Transmissionnye components / Magna Powertrain Roofs / Magna Car Top Systems Working out of technologies and manufacture / Magna Steyr We conduct search мof motivated people, ready to support our international business in Russia, working in sphere: Technologies of molding of plastic and painting The Financial control and book keeping Warehouse and industrial logistics Optimization of productions Operation and repair of the industrial equipment Working conditions: The Full social package Competitive wages Possibilities of training at the group enterprises Duties: Ensure timely dispatching & expedition of Finished Goods to the Client; Follow up sales orders and combine to manufacturing process; Obtain Finished Goods accurate storage data and ensure information flow done; Follow Production & Dispatching Schedule attainment updated; Create/update daily,weekly,monthly,yearly dispatching plans and reports; Participate in coordination the product flow with related departments(Logistics,Production,Quality); Assure produced data and product flow balancing controled are recorded and maintained in the shops (Paint shop, Injection Mould Shop, Press Shop and Assembly) to meet shipment date; Plan production and ensure information flow done; Control Production Schedule attainments update; Interact on Magna Technoplast behalf with Clients; on planning/logistics issues and changes in Schedules; Maintain dispatching in Excel or SAP records; Follow up the accuracy/possible changes in Clients Order in accordance with actual Production Schedule; Manage Reporting discreapancies; Control scrapping/writing off, mutilation of Finished Goods. Required Education & Experience: High Education: Ecomnomics or Management Professional experience 3 years work in Expedition Area in Manufacturing Company Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage International experience is an advantage Required Qualifications & levels of knowledge and skills: IT (MS Office, Lexware, NotesSAP): Very good SAP MM, PP, SD, JIS: Very good English language: Very good |
